Because the work is not identical between clients. A content audit on a 200-page site and a 4,000-page site are different jobs. We quote a fixed figure once we have seen the estate, and that figure does not move unless the scope does.

No. The first 45-minute conversation is free and you leave with three prioritised recommendations whether or not you work with us. The two-week diagnostic that follows is chargeable, and you keep the findings.

Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance. Projects are invoiced against milestones. Terms are 14 days from invoice date. Everything is agreed in the engagement letter before work starts.

Programmes have a three-month initial term, because nothing meaningful can be judged in less. After that they run on rolling 90-day notice. We do not use twelve-month lock-ins.

No. All figures shown exclude VAT, which is added at the prevailing UK rate where applicable.

Third-party costs — tooling licences, stock imagery, paid media budget, translation — are passed through at cost with your prior approval. We do not mark them up.
