How we hire

Three stages, no surprises

Stage 1

A conversation

Forty-five minutes with the person who would manage you. We describe the job honestly, including the parts that are tedious.

Stage 2

A practical task

A realistic, two-hour piece of work — paid at our advisory rate. We do not ask candidates to produce free client deliverables.

Stage 3

The team

Meet the people you would work with, ask them anything, and get a decision within ten working days.
